How much and how often will ÖKK pay for my glasses or contact lenses?

ÖKK offers the following benefits for glasses and corrective lenses (special cases must be handled individually):

Supplementary insurance plan ÖKK FAMILY or ÖKK FAMILY FLEX:
CHF 200.- per calendar year for children and adults

Supplementary insurance plan ÖKK STANDARD (ÖKK OPTIMA and ÖKK COMBI GENERAL) or ÖKK COMFORT (ÖKK OPTIMA and ÖKK COMBI COMFORT):
CHF 150.- per calendar year for children and adults

Supplementary insurance plan ÖKK SEMI-PRIVATE (ÖKK PREMIUM and ÖKK COMBI SEMI-PRIVATE) / ÖKK FLEX (ÖKK PREMIUM and ÖKK COMBI FLEX) /
ÖKK PRIVATE (ÖKK PREMIUM and ÖKK COMBI PRIVATE) / ÖKK GLOBAL (ÖKK PREMIUM and ÖKK COMBI GLOBAL):
CHF 200.- per calendar year for children and adults

Supplementary insurance plan ÖKK GENERAL SUPPLEMENT:
CHF 270.-  every 5 years for adults
CHF 270.- per calendar year for children up to 18 years old

Supplementary insurance plan ÖKK PRIVATE SUPPLEMENT:
CHF 420.- every 5 years for adults
CHF 420.- per calendar year for children up to 18 years old
