ÖKK is not only popular with its customers; our apprentices also give us top marks. This was recently the case in the survey carried out by the independent and international “Great Place to Work” foundation. Our apprentices really appreciate the many benefits of working at ÖKK. “They help shift the dark morning clouds and make everything sunnier,” explains our apprentice Rabije. Another apprentice, Krystal, enjoys the interpersonal working environment at ÖKK as well as the opportunities she has to help fulfil customers’ wishes. “The best thing for me, however, is when I can sense customers are grateful.”
It is not only Krystal and Rabije who appreciate what ÖKK has to offer as an employer. All of our apprentices give ÖKK top marks. That is one of the reasons why ÖKK was recognised as a “certified training company”.
“ÖKK posted an excellent result in what was just its first participation in the studies,” explains Michael Hermann, co-owner of Great Place to Work in Switzerland. “Without exception, all the apprentices confirmed that they really enjoy coming to work.”
