According to the recent survey carried out by amPuls Market Research Ltd., ÖKK is still out in front when it comes to customer satisfaction.
In the amPuls survey, ÖKK overtook its competitors in a number of relevant points and was rated fifth when it came to overall satisfaction. There are particularly large differences in terms of its employees’ friendliness and how easy they are to contact. The “Insurance that makes sense” also scored well in another area: how quickly it repays its customers. ÖKK customers were again very satisfied in this area.
