The bonus.ch comparison portal carried out a survey of its users as to how satisfied they are with their health insurance. ÖKK again received top marks.
Over 1,900 people rated their health insurance based on the following criteria: Clarity of information provided, processing of benefits and customer service. ÖKK is proud to have again received top marks in the survey carried out by bonus.ch. This allowed ÖKK to take top spot in the overall ranking.
ÖKK also came out on top with regard to the processing of benefits (statements, time taken to reimburse benefits etc.). In addition, ÖKK received a “very good” rating for its customer service (availability, friendliness of employees etc.) from those people surveyed.
These ratings are another incentive for ÖKK to continue striving for the highest level of quality.
