Together with two other insurers, ÖKK was awarded a rating of 5.3, the highest value when it comes to customer satisfaction. This was an improvement of 0.6 from the previous year. Customers’ general satisfaction with their health insurance also rose from 4.89 to 5.03.
The bonus.ch comparison portal carried out its annual survey amongst around 3,000 policyholders as to how satisfied they are with their health insurance. The survey focuses on the three criteria of clarity of information, processing of benefits and customer service.
