Satisfaction survey
ÖKK customers are more satisfied than average. On average, those surveyed by bonus.ch awarded their health insurers a rating of 5.1. With a rating of 5.2, ÖKK came joint second in the rankings together with six other health insurers. Criteria assessed included premium increases, the clarity of information provided, processing of benefits and customer service. ÖKK customers are particularly impressed with how their benefits are processed, valuing how quickly they are settled and reimbursed. Over 4,700 people were questioned as part of the bonus.ch survey.
