Top marks for ÖKK

The latest survey carried out by comparison platform once again showed that ÖKK’s customers are very satisfied. The insurer improved on its performance from the previous year and took second place overall. conducted the customer satisfaction survey together with the GfK market research institute. More than 2,100 people rated their insurers according to various criteria: How competent and committed are employees? How quickly and accurately are statements provided? How understandable and clear is the information given to customers?

In the final assessment, ÖKK received a rating of 5.2 (where the maximum possible is 6.0), meaning it only just missed out on the top spot. “These results confirm just how committed we are – day in, day out,” said Mario Theus, Departmental Manager Market. “This motivates us even more to give our best for all our customers.”
