Application process

Have you applied for a job with ÖKK? The chart below shows how the application process will now run.


  • Receipt of your online application.
  • Documentation check by HR advisor.
  • If your dossier meets the requirements profile, we will contact you and carry out an interview over the phone. Otherwise, we will invite you directly to an interview at an ÖKK location.
  • The first interview will be conducted by the direct line manager for the vacant position as well as an HR advisor. We will go through the job profile with you and get to know you better.
  • At the second interview, you will get a better insight into your potential area of responsibility. It will be held by the direct line manager as well as the line manager from the next level up for the vacant position.
  • If you are offered the position, you will be notified of the decision by the direct line manager and your HR advisor will send you the contract.
