ÖKK is an insurance company with 30 agencies that operates across Switzerland. Around 192,700 private individuals and 12,800 companies and public institutions rely on our services. The total annual premium volume amounts to 823 million francs. ÖKK employs around 460 employees and 10 apprentices.

Legal structure
The ÖKK Foundation (Stiftung ÖKK) holds 100% of the share capital of ÖKK Holding AG, which in turn holds 100% of the share capital of ÖKK Kranken- und Unfallversicherungen AG (basic/compulsory insurance) and ÖKK Versicherungen AG (supplementary insurance). There are also various shareholdings/investments and ÖKK provides half of the foundation board members of ÖKK Occupational pensions.

ÖKK offers a comprehensive range of insurance solutions. This includes products and services in the areas of illness, accident, loss of earnings and occupational pensions. Together with its partner companies, ÖKK also covers the areas of life, liability and property insurance.
