Terms and conditions for participation
Participation
All people aged 18 and above and families living in Switzerland can take part in the competition. Taking part does not give rise to contractual or any other liabilities vis-à-vis ÖKK. Employees of ÖKK, relatives living in the same household as employees of ÖKK and all people involved in staging the competition may not take part.
ÖKK reserves the right to suspend or end the competition at any time. In particular, this may occur if there are reasons that would disrupt or prevent the orderly staging of the competition.
Process
Competition entries are received via the form. The prizes are drawn randomly and the winners will be notified in person. Please note: Multiple entries for the same prize will not improve the chances of winning.
Data protection
By taking part in the competition, participants allow ÖKK to use the contact information provided (title, first and last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth) for advertising and marketing purposes and to send them the latest information on products and offers several times a year. ÖKK uses any personal data solely for its own purposes. Participants can revoke their approval for this information to be used at any time by sending an e-mail to marketing@oekk.ch.More information on how ÖKK uses personal data can be found in the data protection statement.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ÖKK does not assume any liability.
Legal remedy
Swiss law shall apply exclusively. No correspondence will be entered into about the competition. There is no legal recourse. Participants have no enforceable claim to prizes being transferred, paid out or exchanged.
