How do I get my money back?

Have you paid a doctor's bill yourself or are you entitled to receive money back in relation to other healthcare measures? We will show you how to reclaim your money.

What can I submit?

In principle, you can submit any doctor’s bill that you have paid yourself. Depending on the supplementary insurance policies you have taken out, you can claim for additional benefits.

How can I submit a bill or a receipt?

You have various options:

  • Scan the document with the myÖKK app and submit it directly
  • Scan / photograph the document and upload it via myoekk.ch
  • Scan the document and send it to info@oekk.ch
  • Make a copy of the document and send the original by mail to your agency
