QR-bill
The QR code displayed on your invoice contains all of the payment information. You can simply scan this code and settle your invoice quickly and without errors.
- Payment via e-banking or mobile banking
Open your e-banking or mobile banking app, scan the QR code on the invoice with a QR scanner and check the data on the screen. It takes just one click to approve the payment, making settling invoices even faster and more straightforward. - Payment in banks and post offices
If you do not use e-banking or mobile banking, you can continue to pay your QR invoices in person at a bank or post office.
At myÖKK, you receive your invoices in digital form and are always able to see if they have already been paid.

Post office counter
You can use the paying-in slips to settle your invoices in cash at a post office counter. Please note that you will be charged a fee for each payment, depending on the invoice amount. This fee has not been covered by ÖKK since 1 January 2023 and appears on your next premium statement. This way, you avoid having to pay additional costs for all insured persons.
Background: The Post has increased the fee for making payments at a post office counter by approximately one third. As the payment recipient, if ÖKK were to continue covering these costs, it would add more than CHF 550,000 to the premiums it charges all its policyholders.
