Glasses
Glasses correct vision problems and enable us to see better. They consist of polished lenses that break the light in such a way that a focused image is created on our retina. In certain cases, they can also help to prevent vision problems.
Compulsory basic insurance makes fixed contributions towards the costs of vision aids for children and young people up to the age of 18, in accordance with the List of Objects and Resources (MiGeL). Cost contributions are only possible for adults if they meet certain medical requirements. If you would like to benefit from a contribution nonetheless, it is worth taking out supplementary ÖKK START and ÖKK NATURE insurance.
