Rolfing / structural integration
The term “Rolfing” is derived from the name of the founder, Dr Ida Rolf. Also known as “structural integration”, this special form of bodywork involves treating the connective tissues (fascia) with special manual techniques. Additional support is provided through movement training in which the entire body is realigned and rebalanced and incorrect postures are corrected.
