Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)

Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) encompasses various alternative treatment methods such as acupuncture, massage techniques and movement exercises. The core concept behind TCM is that the body has a system of life energies which circulate on pathways – known as meridians – and thus have an impact on all bodily functions. The goal is to restore balance in the body through targeted treatment of blockages.
